Step-by-Step Guide to the Colormatch Quiz on your Computer

When a Colormatch comes in, you'll receive a text notification to your phone. There will also be a notification in the mobile app on the first menu page. Here's what you do...

  • Open the website (app.25fortyco.com) on your computer (or iPad) and log in.

  • Click on the Opportunities Menu on the left hand side.

  • Make sure you are in the Colormatch drop down at the top of your page.

  • Find the person who filled out the Colormatch Quiz under the "To Do: Submission Review" tab.

  • Click on the person's name to open up their contact page. If you clicked on the "post-it" card it will only open the Opportunity "post-it" card and not the contact's page. You will need to click on their name to open up the "contact info page".

  • Scroll in the left side of their info until you get to the "Colormatch Quiz" sdrop down. You can see the answers to their Colormatch questions, their photo, and the concealer and foundation suggestions.

  • Click on the image to open it.

  • Compare their picture with the foundation suggested. If the quiz came back as a mismatch, you will look at the picture to decide what color they should be.

  • Close their picture to go back to the "contact info page".

  • If you think a different foundation/concealer would be a better fit or if the quiz came back as a mismatch, click on the drop downs next to foundation and concealers to change them to your pick. (If you think the foundation is a match, skip down two steps where you go to the Opportunity Menu.

  • Make sure to hit SAVE at the bottom!

  • Go back to your Opportunities Menu and the Colormatch Pipeline.

  • Slide the Opportunity "post-it" card to "Outcome: Approved (Send Match)".

    (If for some reason it won't slide, you can open the Opportunity "post-it" card by clicking in the white area and selecting "Outcome: Approved (Send Match)" in the Stage drop-down.)

  • Within a few minutes, your contact will receive an automated text from you with your suggestions for foundation and concealers and a link to your Perfect Complexion Palette. About a minute later, they'll receive your automated text with the video/videos on how to apply it.

  • You do nothing else unless they reply with a question/statement that you feel you need to respond to. And you wait for that order to come through!

  • If they haven't purchased within 5 days, you will receive a text reminding you to check in with them.
